Met up at Houndstooth. He is loving the new place in Austin, still unpacking boxes. Showed me pictures of his new golden retriever pup, Barnes! Need to remember to ask him about puppy training classes next time we chat.

Reviewed the Q3 pitch deck. She gave solid, direct feedback on slide 4—suggested focusing more on the retention metrics rather than acquisition. Very helpful as always.
